2. Music Scores and Digital Products
Digital scores, parts, recordings, and other downloadable products are licensed, not sold.
The purchase of a digital score grants the purchaser a non-transferable licence to use the material for lawful personal, educational, rehearsal, or performance purposes in accordance with the licence purchased.
Unless otherwise stated:
* Choral scores are licensed on a per-ensemble/choir basis.
* Purchasers may print only the number of copies permitted (number of members of the ensemble) by the licence purchased.
* Purchased files may not be shared, distributed, uploaded, resold, or transferred to third parties.
* Digital products may not be reproduced beyond the authorised number of copies.
3. Performance Rights
The purchase of a score does not transfer copyright ownership.
Performance, recording, broadcast, livestream, synchronisation, commercial distribution, adaptation, translation, or arrangement rights may require additional permission from the copyright holder.
