Thank you for supporting the music of Ron Loo.
Due to the digital nature of sheet music products, all sales of downloadable scores, parts, recordings, and digital materials are generally final and non-refundable.
Refunds and Replacements
Refunds or replacements may be provided under the following circumstances:
* The incorrect product was delivered.
* The purchased file is corrupted, defective, or cannot be opened.
* A duplicate purchase was made in error and reported within 7 days of purchase.
* A technical issue on our end prevented access to the purchased material.
Where possible, replacement files will be provided before a refund is issued.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued for:
* Change of mind after purchase.
* Accidental purchases where the correct product was successfully delivered.
* Purchases made without reviewing the score description, instrumentation, voicing, difficulty level, or performance requirements.
* Inability to use the work due to the purchaser's ensemble size, skill level, programming decisions, or rehearsal constraints.
* Downloaded, printed, copied, shared, or otherwise accessed digital products.
Score Previews
Where available, score previews, programme notes, instrumentation details, and performance information are provided to help customers make informed purchasing decisions before completing a purchase.
